This Privacy Policy explains what information TreeshYork ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. TreeshYork is an 18+ NSFW platform; by using it you confirm you meet the age requirements in our Terms of Service.

• Account data: email address, chosen username, hashed password (managed by our auth provider).
• Profile data: avatar image and bio that you choose to provide.
• Content: albums, media, comments, messages, likes, and reports you submit.
• Usage data: view counts, timestamps, IP address, browser/device info, and basic interaction logs for abuse prevention.
• Cookies & local storage: a session cookie/token to keep you signed in and a flag confirming you passed the 18+ gate.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the Service: authenticate you, display your content, deliver messages.
• To enforce our Terms, investigate abuse reports, and remove illegal content.
• To improve and secure the Service.
• To display advertising (see Section 4).

TreeshYork is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Transfers

The Service may store and process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
