1. Adults-Only (18+) NSFW Service

TreeshYork ("the Service", "we", "us") is an adults-only platform that may host and display sexually explicit, nude, or otherwise Not-Safe-For-Work ("NSFW") user-submitted content. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
• Viewing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction and the place you access the Service from.
• You are accessing the Service voluntarily for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You will not allow any minor to access the Service through your account, device, or network.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must leave the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law.

3. User Content & Strictly Prohibited Material

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant TreeshYork a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload and that every depicted person is at least 18 years old and consented to the recording and the publication.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed; offenders will be banned and reported to law enforcement when required:

• Any content depicting or appearing to depict minors (CSAM). Zero tolerance.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), hidden-camera footage, or content uploaded without the depicted persons' express consent.
• Content depicting rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or non-consensual acts.
• Content promoting violence, self-harm, terrorism, human trafficking, or illegal activity.
• Doxxing, harassment, hate speech, or impersonation.
• Spam, scams, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

4. Reporting & Automatic Removal

Users may report any post that violates these Terms. When a single post accumulates 11 or more reports from distinct users, it is automatically removed pending review. Moderators may also remove content at any time at their sole discretion.

5. DMCA & Copyright

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent via the Contact link in the footer. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA.

6. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

TreeshYork does not itself produce any visual depictions on the Service; all content is uploaded by third-party users. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.7, TreeshYork qualifies for the exemption afforded to Internet service providers and platforms that act as transmission and storage providers, but we require every uploader to certify they have, and have lawfully maintained, records confirming the age and identity of every depicted performer. Uploaders bear all 2257 record-keeping responsibility.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreeshYork and its operators disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, and our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TreeshYork and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration; you waive any right to participate in class actions.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
